Poki 2's website works on mobile browsers and delivers a decent experience. But installing the app gives you several advantages that simply aren't available on a browser.
The biggest difference comes down to push notifications. On a browser, you have to reload the page yourself to check for new bonuses or match updates. With the app, that information comes straight to your screen. For bettors, this matters — especially when it comes to catching live odds changes in real time.
The second difference is loading speed. Once the app is installed, it doesn't need to re-download all resources every time — pages open much faster as a result. For users with slower internet, the app makes for a significantly smoother experience.
Biometric login is also exclusive to the app. Instead of typing your password every time, you can sign in with your fingerprint — saving both time and hassle, especially if you open the app multiple times a day.
App = fast loading + push notifications + biometric login + offline caching. Browser = works without installation, but these features are not available.
| Advantages | App | Browser |
|---|---|---|
| Push Notifications | Available | None |
| Biometric Login | Available | None |
| Fast Loading | Much Faster | Medium |
| Live Odds Updates | Real-Time | Reload Required |
| Installation Required | Yes (35 MB) | No |
| All Features | Complete | Almost Complete |
| Works on weak connections | Good | Comparatively Slower |
The poki 2 app runs smoothly on the most widely used Android and iOS devices in Bangladesh. It also works on older phones, as long as Android 6.0 or iOS 13 is installed.
Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, OPPO, and Vivo are the most popular phone brands in Bangladesh, and the poki 2 app has been tested and runs well on all of them. On Xiaomi's MIUI, you may occasionally need to grant an extra permission to install APKs — you can do this from Settings → Privacy → Special Permissions.
The app may not be directly available on the App Store for iPhone users. In that case, you'll need to use the alternative installation method via the link on our website. Contact our Help Center for detailed guidance.
The poki 2 app isn't just a "mobile version" — it was built from the ground up with the mobile experience in mind. Whether you're on a train or waiting for a bus, you can pull out your phone and quickly place a bet on a match in seconds.
For Live Casino games, the app's biggest advantage is video streaming. The live dealer stream runs far smoother in the app than in a browser, with significantly less buffering. This difference is especially noticeable in fast-paced games like Andar Bahar or Teen Patti.
When a new version of the app is released, you can keep auto-update enabled so nothing needs to be done manually. Updates typically include new games, security improvements, and performance enhancements. Regular poki 2 users will get the best performance by staying on the latest version.
SSL encryption is active across the entire app — your payments and personal data are fully protected.
New features and security patches are downloaded automatically.
Download the poki 2 app and claim your welcome bonus right after registering. Free for both Android and iOS.
